(rated PG)
The smartest one isn’t wearing pants in this movie. A mailman (David Arquette) takes care of a dog that, unbeknownst to him, is an FBI drug-sniffing superdog, escaped from the witness protection program after becoming the target of an assassination. Arquette stars as his continually annoying self (I’d prefer more of his TV phone ads then this). It’s a disappointment to see Michael Clarke Duncan of Oscar caliber “The Green Mile” in a miscast role as an FBI agent. The upside: If you’re 12 you’ll love this.
